RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Young Blood Africa would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event a customer would like a refund or exchange an item the below terms and conditions will be applicable.

Young Blood Africa will accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds, only store credit and exchanges. To return an item, courier it to the address supplied in the initiation email. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or exchange your purchase.

Once you’ve placed your Young Blood Africa order, your order can be expected after 3-5 working days after placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local (South Africa) orders are shipped with reliable local couriers.
